CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:

Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

If your room is not ready for an early arrival, you are very welcome to enjoy our facilities and terraces in the meantime.

Kindly inform our reception team of your expected arrival time so we can arrange luggage collection from the parking area.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit & Reservation Confirmation
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be settled no later than upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged.
